With 25 years acting in national and international market, Hesselbach Company is a company that provides services of consultancy and outsourcing professionals from accounting, fiscal, financial and , financial and payroll. Thanks to the joint effort of our collaborators and our governing party, since 2016 we registered an annual growth of 10% to 12%. Ricardo Hesselbach
CEO

Ricardo Hesselbach began its professional trajectory very early when he was 13 years old as an office boy at the Banco Mercantil, and sometime later, working for the Sears department store chain. After graduating in accounting sciences he started to dedicate his professional life to the accounting area, providing services to companies like RA Alimentação, Avon Cosmeticos and Procter & Gamble. In 1984 he joined his sister and brother-in-law who already ran a company together to found Hesselbach Company, becoming its first consultant and assuming as CEO years later. He is CFO from the project INTEGRARE and also acts as partner of the Global Brazilian Investment.

 

Lara Regina Hesselbach
CHRO

Lara Regina Hesselbach is graduated in pedagogy and acted as administration and financial director of Hesselbach Company from 1988 to 2010, when she assumed the role of CHRO.  She has solid experiences in routines of the personal department about admission, contractual termination, benefits policy, payroll and occupational medicine. She has great experience in HR area, developing highlighted training and developing programs.

Guilherme Hesselbach
Commercial and Relationship Director

Guilherme Hesselbach is graduated in Business and Administration by Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP). He joined the company in 2016, acting as comercial manager. In 2018 he assumed the role of  Commercial and Relationship Director.

 

Luiz Wanderlei de Souza
Fiscal Director

Luiz Wanderlei de Souza graduated in accounting sciences and post graduated in tax law. His career was constructed with focus on the tax area, where he worked in auditing and consulting, air transport, logistics and agribusiness segments, in national and multinational companies. He posses a large professional experience in business area, with highlighted participation in corporate operations, tax panning and business structure involving open companies and financial institutions. He actively paticipates in large institutions audit committees. He also acts as a link to the government regarding negotiations about reducing tributes and tax legislation changes. He has a vast experience in Latin America, Germany and USA operations.

Nelson Oliveira Franco Filho
Accounting Consulting Director

Nelson de Oliveira Franco Filho is graduated in economics by PUC-SP and post graduated in Business Management by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and has MBA in Business Management by University of Central Florida (UCF) in USA. He developed his career in multinational companies, working as Administrative and Financial manager of Syngenta (Naturalle), Financial manager of John Deere do Brasil and Controller of Cargill. He was responsible for accountancy area of Pial Legrand and direction, controllership and costs assistant of Philips do Brasil. He is specialized in develop financial reports, balances, Statement of Income for the Year (SIY), changes in net worth, cash flow (US GAAP-IFRS), investment analysis, strategy planning and budget.

 

Evandro Bezerra da Silva
Projects, Process and IT Manager

Graduated in Civil Engineering with MBA in Strategic Management of Projects by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and Universidade de São Paulo (USP), Evandro Bezerra da Silva is responsible by the areas of  project, processes, technology of information and quality management system in Hesselbach Company since 2017. Working in implementation and development of new projects, automation, Standalone Payment Receipt (SPR), continuous improvement of processes, implantation of the area of management system of quality and compliance systems, LGPD and ISO9001 and ISO27001 certifications. Throughout his career he worked in companies of medium and large proportion, multinationals, managing projects for the national and international market in the areas of Technology of Information, engineering, construction, gas and oil, outsourcing and facilities, water and effluents treatment and consultancy.

Eduardo Belli Neto
Controllership and Financial Planning Manager

HR Manager – People & Management

Eduardo Beli Neto is graduated in Accounting Sciences and Companies Administration. With specialization in Business Management he posses an MBA in Controllership, Finances and Company Management. He presents a long professional experience in managing areas such as controllership, finances, accounting, fiscal, auditing and inside controls in many different segments companies. He worked in restructuring projects of companies, fusions and acquisitions, system implantations (ERP, SIG and BI) and tax and financial review and planning. He has experience in process of structured investments with economic viability studies, financial, strategic and operational analysis focus besides multifunctional teams management.

 

Mauro Francisco Rodrigues is graduated in Companies Administration and Law, he posses post graduation in Human Resources. His career was constructed in Human Capital area, working in family, national and large proportion multinational companies, with international exhibitions in the segments of: Metallurgical, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Textile, Consumer Goods, Services and Auditing & Business Company Consulting (Outsourcing). He poses a large experience in Policies and Human Structure Implantation, Optimization of Result plans, Strategy Planning and Talent Development through Capacitating (schools and corporative universities). He is specialist in transformation projects and  professionalization of family companies, Change of Management, Startuo, HR Transformation, Leadership Development, Planning, Restructure, Maximization of resources with focus on people and results.

Our History

Ricardo Hesselbach is technician in Accounting Sciences and was the first consulter of Hesselbach Company. In 1995 after some years of work in the accounting and controllership areas as consulter for Procter & Gamble (P&G), he decided to accept   his sister and brother-in-law’s invite to become a partner in Hesselbach Company, which already exists under their management. Theirs first big client was P&G itself, company which he already rendered services to as a consulter, and nowadays is still a client of the company.

From there on, other important companies conjoined the cast of clients, companies such as DuPont, Adidas, Vencorex, DHL e Makro. The durability of the commercial partnerships is one of the secrets of success of the company. DuPont for example is our client for the past 21 years. Vencorex, which is a international company of the chemistry market, rely on the services offered by Hesselbach Company for the last 10 years.

ISO 9001

In 2019 Hesselbach Company earned the ISO 9001 certification to all company sectors, something considered practically impossible for a company focused on qualified services provision. A milestone for the sector. Normally a company requests this kind of qualification for a certain specific area, nor for all acting areas. But Hesselbach conquered this achievement. Today all company areas possess this certification.
