We know that one of the main stages in Professional development is directly linked to technical training.
From this understanding, we created an area totally dedicated to our professionals’ technical skills in Hb.
We identified the necessary technical skills to each Project and developed specific “Technical Training”, properly taught to all employees.
Training on various topics
We monthly invite collaborators in various projects – eligible for their performance – to conduct training that contributes to professional development.
