Labor audit can be defined as "staff practices analysis in an organization and their current functioning evaluation, followed by improvement suggestions."
We aim at checking if the necessary elements to the labour relations’ balance are correctly applied. Our work consists in suggesting and correcting situations that may be leading the company to incur unnecessary costs. This work is done by examinating the company’s practices and routines, including:
- Documentation, Reports and Legal Order Notes
- Recruitment and Selection
- Labor Contracts
- Service Providers Contracts
- Payrolls and Contractual terminations.
