Accounting / Tax SPED, NF-e

The SPED System is an integrated initiative of Tax Management in its three governmental spheres (Federal, State, and City).

The system aims at standardizing tax and accounting bookkeeping related books and documents validation, storage and collection processes, by means of digital flow.


The SPED includes five subprojects:

  • Digital Accounting Bookkeeping;
  • Digital Tax Bookkeeping;
  • Electronic Invoice;
  • Electronic Knowledge Transfer ( CT-e) – In pilot project;
  • NElectronic Invoice (NFS-e) – Under development.


The current tax and accounting model brings hard work and some risks to the companies, but also a series of advances to the country and the business environment, which gains greater levels of transparency, flexibility, and quick possible failures identification.
