1st Stage, composed by 4 (four) stages:
a) Mapping: “skeleton” and its organizational ramifications identification, clarifying a diagnosis;

b) Analysis: risks and impacts are identified, based on studies carefully performed in the sector in order to define the control balance.   
c ) Training: according to approved proposals, the cultural level in the organization is evaluated by means of technical and behavioral training

d) Implementation: providing tool in order to meet the customer’s needs   


2nd. Stage, composed by 2 (two) stages:
a) Audit: provide monitoring and effective control procedures. Encourage partnership in strategic management by means of processes performance analysis and  dissemination; 

b) Evaluation: providing methodology for “noncompliance” and its respective impacts identification. Working an action plan for improving continuously.
