One of the HB concerns is continuously strengthen the corporate citizenship and social responsibility culture in its employees, customers, and community.
In addition to associating itself with institutions like ABRINQ and INTEGRARE, Hesselbach is improving its socially responsible actions by means of campaigns involving its employees, customers, suppliers, and community.
Supporting Diversity
Socially responsible companies seeking to implement actions which in practice show their concern in including disabled people. The HB has four employees with hearing disabilities and offers space in its Matrix for performing Libras Course.
Furthermore, we perform commemorative date’s activities to the entities engaged in building a better future.

Hb is a partner sponsor of Abrinq Association, a nonprofit institution that seeks to mobilize the society for issues related to the rights of childhood and adolescence.
Abrinq Foundation’s work is guided by the Convention on the Rights of the Child (UN, 1989), Brazilian Federal Constitution (1988), and Statute for the Child and Adolescent (1990). |
Integrare
We are also associated with Integrare, a unique organization in Latin America promoting the diversity in supply chain, which helps to facilitate transactions involving groups of human diversity, historically excluded groups from various opportunities, such as black, indigenous and disabled people.
